Our mission is to coordinate all stages of the project, including design, planning, and construction, through to commissioning and key handover. Acting as an intermediary between the client and various subcontractors, FACTORY INGENIERIE oversees the entire process to ensure that the client's objectives are met within the specified time and budget. We manage the technical, financial, legal, and logistical aspects of the project for you, ensuring that quality and safety standards are adhered to at every stage.

- Definition of the specifications : Assisting the project owner in drafting the specifications by defining the technical, functional, budgetary, and regulatory requirements of the project.
- Selection of contractors : Assisting in the selection of architects, engineering firms, construction companies, and other service providers necessary for the project's completion.
- Contract Management : Assisting the project owner in negotiating and drafting contracts with the various stakeholders, ensuring that the project owner's interests are protected.
- Monitoring and control : Monitoring the project's progress, verifying compliance with specifications and deadlines, and identifying any potential risks or issues that may arise.
